Returns & Refunds

At Gifts 4 Him, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within ten days for a refund. However, personalized, special-order items and items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for a return. Some Refunds will be subject to a 9% handling/re-stocking fee for unused items in their original packaging, and a 23% fee for used items. Additionally, Gifts 4 Him is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns. If you would like to exchange or replace a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at orders@gifts4him.us with pictures of the item, and a customer service agent will help you with your request.
